Our Team

The people behind the club.

Redruth United is run by volunteers — the directors, committee and helpers who give their time so the town can play.

Matt Eddy

Chairman

Matt leads the club's board and long-term direction, driving Vision 2040 and the push for a new clubhouse at Clijah Park. He's the heartbeat of Redruth United, on the touchline every weekend and behind the scenes all week.

Directors

The board that steers the club's long-term direction.

Committee

The people who keep the club running week in, week out. Tap any name to read a little more.

Volunteers

Redruth United simply would not exist without its volunteers. Every matchday, training session, fund-raiser and community event is made possible by people giving their time for free — from the committee and managers to the parents who put up goals, wash kits and run the tea bar. Volunteers are the lifeblood of the club, and we always need more hands.

Matchday & Ground

Help set up and take down goals, run the gate, serve teas and coffees, and keep Clijah Park looking its best on matchdays.

Coaching & Teams

Assist our managers at training, become a qualified coach, or help run an age group — experience welcome but not essential.

Fundraising & Events

Organise the Festive Fun Run, 100 Club draws, summer camps and presentation days, or help behind the scenes.

Grounds & Maintenance

Join our grounds team with pitch marking, tidying, painting and the ongoing upkeep of the facilities.

Admin & Communications

Support registrations, social media, the website and Club Hub so the club runs smoothly off the pitch.

Safeguarding & Welfare

Help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for every player — DBS-checked roles available with full support.

Can you help?

Whether you can spare an hour a week or a day a month, there's a role for you at Redruth United. No experience is needed — just enthusiasm and a willingness to muck in for the town.
