What we collect
- Membership details for players and, for youth members, their parents or carers — name, date of birth, address, phone number and email address.
- Emergency contact and relevant medical information needed to keep players safe.
- Photographs and match footage, where consent has been given.
How we use it
To register players with the relevant leagues and The Football Association, to organise training, fixtures and tournaments, to communicate with members and parents about club activity, and to meet our safeguarding obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it other than where required for league or FA registration or by law.
How long we keep it
Membership records are retained for as long as you are a member and for a reasonable period afterwards, where needed for club administration or safeguarding purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to ask what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, and to withdraw consent for photography at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email info@redruthunited.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
